Mental Health Assessment

Men's Foundation's Mental Health Assessment is designed to evaluate an individual's emotional, psychological, and behavioural well-being. It helps identify strengths, challenges, and potential concerns related to mental health, providing valuable insights for personal growth, support, and intervention if needed.

Understanding Men's Mental Health

Despite progress in mental health awareness, many men still face significant stigma when it comes to discussing their mental health. This stigma often discourages them from seeking help, leading to prolonged suffering.

Studies have shown that men are less likely to seek help for mental illness than women, yet they account for the majority of suicides worldwide. According to the World Health Organisation, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day.

Remember: asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
